I have loved learning how to use kettlebells. They are a wonderful tool. Kettlebell workouts really are a full body workout. I really feel that kettlebell workouts are more efficient than other weight training programs. kettlebells are just fun!

Training with kettlebells has really helped me a lot. I have seen improvements in my posture, my ability to balance holding unevenly distributed weights (e.g. my kids). I feel like I have gotten stronger, improved endurance and more definition in my thighs and shoulders. I also really think training with kettlebells has really helped me develop stronger and faster punches.

Sam is fantastic.  I am a super duper fan!

She’s a Level II Pavel certified kettlebell instructor.  Great attitude.  Fantastic trainer with really great body awareness and sensitivity to the form and individual needs of her students.  I have trained with her for almost a year now in beginning kettlebell, intermediate kettlebell, and in private training.  Her classes are well designed, and she is always ready with a smile to kick your friggin ass!!

She’s really passionate about what she does.  If I ever came in with a question or concern, I would leave with an answer, or she’d show up the next session with printouts of my answer/solution!

A Great Way to Start the Day

I had only taken two kettlebell classes before signing up for the workshop so I really didn’t know what to expect.  I must say I was pleasantly surprised.  I found the workouts to be challenging and a great way to start the day.

Training with Kettlebells has helped my cycling and will be a great off season workout.  My core is tighter and I lost weight.

I loved being introduced to kettlebells and the variety of workouts that came with it.  I will definitely sign up for another workshop.

I liked the diversity of exercises, drills and the RESULTS !

There have been noticeable changes in my physique, shoulders & lat table.  I have also noticed that Krav Maga classes are getting easier especially the high intensity aspects. I can do more push-ups and pull-ups too !

Samantha utilizes a disciplined and educated approach towards fitness but her professional experience as an instructor and an athlete is what I noticed right off. She is able to address the individual’s needs, even in a large class setting. Her instruction offered a dimension to my training which at first, allowed me to maintain my fitness level. But shortly afterwards, I noticed the everyday personal physical challenges I faced at my job, were non issues. I had unknowingly surpassed my personal best.
